2. Check the oil level of gearbox, fill 40 # ~ 60 # medium pressure gear oil to the specified level of liquid level indicator. Note: the temperature difference is different in different areas, different models of gear oil can be selected for filling.
3. Check whether the heating and motor terminals are loose or in contact with each other, so that they are tight without dropping wires or touching the machine shell. Note: it is very important to check the electrical condition.
4. Turn the belt pulley manually. If there is no abnormal sound or special resistance, the machine can be wired for trial operation.
5. Start the motor, check and adjust the steering to correct steering. Note: make sure to check the direction of the cooling fan.
6. Turn on the heating system and check the heating status of each section one by one. Note: the wind direction of the cooling fan of the heating ring must be correct.

8. If it is a group of production lines, all auxiliary machines should be checked one by one before starting for trial.
9. Briefly describe the lining production process:
1 / check the machine according to the above 1 ~ 8 process;
2 / select the appropriate mold to install on the flange of the machine, and lock the fastening screw of the flange. Note: the parallelism of the two flange surfaces must be adjusted to ensure that the two sides of the filter plate are in full contact, so as to avoid material leakage during startup
3 / mold heating 150 ~ 180 (different material temperature zones, different raw materials, different temperatures, and different machine temperatures have deviations, please adjust according to the actual situation)
4 / the direction and speed of the tractor, the flow rate and water level of the cooling water can be adjusted when the mold is heated
5 / adjust the position of the water tank so that the mold, water tank and tractor are in the same line
6 / after the mold temperature reaches the set value, turn on the temperature on the rear barrel, ranging from 150 to 180 degrees. During the heating process, check the effect of the cooling fan and adjust its steering
7 / after the temperature reaches the set value, it must be kept warm for 30 minutes, and then start the machine with charging
8 / starting speed should not be too fast, according to the motor ammeter on the panel, slowly accelerate, because the temperature on the screw is too low at this time, too fast will cause screw fracture or motor overload
9 / when the material comes out of the mold, it is allowed to pass through the water tank and enter the tractor, and then it is cooled by water. The distance between rubber blocks is adjusted to make the product close to the rubber block, and the traction speed is adjusted to ensure the size of the product
10 / the inner lining of the water hose passes through the mold of the second main machine, and the outer layer is wrapped on the outer surface. After water cooling, it is pulled by the second group to adjust the traction speed to ensure the thickness of the product.
11 / adjust the temperature and the speed of the main engine and traction motor according to the quality of the product to maximize the quality and quantity
Precautions for useIn normal operation, please pay attention to the following matters, if any, please stop the machine and wait for the maintenance engineer to deal with the fault.
1. There is abnormal sound and peculiar smell. Please turn off the machine in time.
2. Screw barrel has abnormal sound, please shut down in time to check whether there is foreign matter in barrel and raw materials or cooling is not on.
3. Abnormal noise of gearbox, check whether there is foreign matter in lubricating oil or gearbox.
4. The gearbox is overheated. Check whether there is too much torque or no cooling water.
5. If the heating does not rise, check the heating ring or temperature control device.
6. If the temperature is unstable, check the cooling fan or temperature control device.
7. Without discharging, check the temperature of the raw material or the back section in the hopper.
8. Uneven discharge, check the control of raw materials or temperature in hopper.
9. If the machine shakes, check whether the machine is horizontal or the motor is tight.
10. The belt is worn. Check the installation position of the belt pulley or the torque force is too large.Electric control systemThe electric control of this machine is divided into two parts.
